    G'day! I'm Jay.

    I’m a family portrait photographer based in the beautiful Sutherland Shire in Sydney.

    I’m committed to making sure your family’s unique story is told through beautiful, hand-crafted artwork. My approach is all about getting to know you and your family so I can create portraits that truly reflect who you are.

    With over 18 years under my belt as a full-time photographer, I spent 12 years photographing weddings before founding Delight Images in 2020.

    Being a dad of three gorgeous girls has shown me how precious family photos are, and I’m passionate about capturing those real, raw moments that families can cherish forever.

    When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me at home with my family, soaking up those everyday moments (and sneaking in a scotch and Game of Thrones ep when I can!).

    I offer stunning, hand-made artwork like canvases and framed prints—because your memories deserve to live beyond a screen. These start from $580, and there is no obligation or pressure to purchase extra photos (though most people love them and want them all!)
    🌅 I’m available for an evening session (Monday–Friday) and can travel to Cronulla.*
    I know, phone calls can feel old-school, but a quick chat helps create an incredible photo experience. Let me know the best time to reach you:

    By submitting this application, I agree to the terms and conditions outlined, and that all information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that, if my family is selected as a model family, I am required to pay a $100 date holding fee, which will be applied as a credit towards the purchase of a collection. I understand that the $100 date holding fee is non-refundable in the event that I cancel or fail to attend the session. The design consultation will take within 1-2 weeks of the photoshoot. I understand that selection is subject to an application process and availability of dates. I acknowledge that there is a possibility that I may not be selected to participate in the photoshoot. However, if selected, I agree to schedule my photo shoot to take place before 31 January 2025. Should the weather not be suitable I understand the session will be rescheduled. I also agree to sign a model release, allowing Delight Images to share the images for advertising and social media purposes. If I change my decision to decline posting images online I understand that the $100 will not be credited and bonus perks will be revoked and I will pay full pricing. By submitting this application, I fully acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    Questions?

    Your photo shoot will take place at sunset at North Cronulla beach. Your design consultation will be approximately one week after the shoot and held at the Delight Images studio, in Sutherland, about 40 minutes south of Sydney CBD.

    Digital files are not included (collections start from $880). You will receive one 8×12″ fine-art print of your choice from the session and $100 to spend towards your artwork order (total value $550).

    Matching digital files are included with any artwork you choose to purchase.

    You will have the opportunity to purchase additional photographs at your design consultation after your photo shoot.

    I offer beautiful hand-made prints, canvases, albums and desktop art, starting from $580. Families typically choose to invest $1500-2000 in their artwork though there is no minimum spend and no obligation to purchase.
